Canley conversion

A small, humble conversion made a significant change for this young family, offering a habitable space where their garage (largely used as a store) previously existed. Currently in use as a gym (shown on section), the eventual plan is for the spaces to provide a separate living room and bedroom for an elderly relative.

One of the favourite schemes to have been completed, the clients made every effort to create an environment that worked for the best fulfillment of their brief, engaging with the local authority, engineer and contractor.
