Stoke extension

An elderly gentleman and his daughter teamed up with MWArchitectural to design new internal spaces in this house extension project. An open plan kitchen/diner and a wet room were fundamental aspects of the brief.

The design cleverly utilises existing lintels and drainage connections to minimise substantial work, driving down the cost and expected build period. A small nook was identified for the provision of fitted storage, adjacent to a cosy seating area in front of the glazed screen to give a wonderful view of the mature garden.
