This week we have successfully submitted a planning application for a substantial extension to a lovely Kenilworth home. This one came with a lot of background planning context (through a previous application) as well as Green Belt constraints so we've carefully devised a strategy for our client to get the best from the options available to them. We're optimistic about it but definitely have a Plan B and a Plan C!

Black and white architectural floor plan featuring multiple rooms, including a kitchen, bathroom, and living area, with visible doorways.
The proposal extends to the side to provide additional living space for extended family.

Architectural sketch of a large house with gabled roofs and multiple windows, set against a clear sky. Shadows suggest a sunny day.
The front it designed to continue the single storey element of the existing house and mirror the large gable end, albeit in a recessive way.

Digital rendering of a two-story brick house with black windows, a sloped roof, and a light gradient sky in the background.
The roof pitch matches that of the existing and various elements of ornament create a consistency between new and old.

3D rendering of a modern brick house with large windows, pitched roof, and spacious interior. The sky is clear, setting is minimalistic.
The rear is a bit more different with large sections of glazing opening out to enjoy the long south-facing garden and the views to open countryside beyond.

Thanks for submitting! We will be in contact soon...
